How returns work
Step 1
Request return
Open your order in My Orders and tap "Request return". Tell us the reason.
Step 2
Get approval
Most requests are auto-approved within minutes. We may ask for photos for damage claims.
Step 3
Pickup or drop-off
Free pickup in 50+ cities. Or drop at any Aramex / Pathao counter using your prepaid label.
Step 4
Refund
Once received, refunds hit your wallet in 24h, or your original payment method in 3–7 business days.
Items we can't accept back
For health and safety reasons, the following can't be returned unless damaged or defective:
- Perishables (food, fresh groceries)
- Personal care items once opened
- Custom-made / personalized products
- Digital goods and downloads
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
