1. Data we collect
Account info (name, phone, email), addresses you save, order history, device and browser info for security, and optional profile photo. We do not collect more than necessary.
2. How we use your data
To process orders, deliver products, support you when something goes wrong, and improve the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Sharing with vendors
When you place an order, your name, shipping address, and phone are shared with the vendor so they can fulfill your order. Nothing else.
4. Payment data
We never store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, or Connect IPS — each PCI-DSS compliant.
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and cart persistence, and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from /account/profile, or by emailing [email protected].
7. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as the account is active. Order history is retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
8. Children
Shishyastra is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
